1. Our Privacy Philosophy

SeekerRewards is built on the principles of decentralization, pseudonymity, and user sovereignty. We believe that the least amount of data necessary should be collected, and that users should always understand exactly what data is processed and why.

We do not collect traditional "Personal Information" such as your name, email address, physical address, date of birth, or government-issued identification. Your interaction with SeekerRewards is pseudonymous — identified only by your Solana public key and, optionally, your .skr domain name.

This Privacy Policy describes how SeekerRewards ("we," "us," or "our") processes information in connection with your use of the Interface. By using the Interface, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Interface immediately.

2. Information We Process

To operate the Interface and provide staking and referral services, we process the following categories of data:

• Public Wallet Address: Your Solana public key is used to query on-chain balances, verify SGT token holdings, retrieve staking history, and associate your account with referral and staking activity. This data is inherently public on the Solana blockchain.
• On-Chain Domain Data: We parse the Solana blockchain for .skr TLD records via the AllDomains protocol to associate a human-readable username with your wallet address. This domain data is public and stored in our database as your username upon successful detection.
• Staking Records: When you lock tokens, we record the transaction signature, staked amount, duration, multiplier, unlock date, and wallet address in our database. This data is used to calculate rewards and verify claims. It is linked to your public wallet address only.
• Referral Activity: If you activate a Referral Profile, we store your referral code, the access code used to activate, your invited-by relationship, total earnings, claimed amounts, and recruit count. This data is necessary to calculate and distribute referral rewards accurately.
• Security Logs: We record IP addresses, timestamps, and wallet addresses associated with suspicious activity, blacklisted entities, failed claim attempts, and rate-limit violations. These logs are used exclusively for fraud prevention and platform security.
• Transaction Signatures: On-chain transaction signatures are stored as unique references for deduplication, verification, and audit trail purposes. They are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we process solely for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To verify SGT access, calculate staking rewards, process claims, manage referral profiles, and distribute referral earnings.
• Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent claim attempts, duplicate transactions, identity spoofing, and abuse of the referral system.
• Platform Integrity: To enforce rate limits, maintain blacklists of malicious actors, and log security events for audit and compliance purposes.
• User Experience: To display your username, staking history, referral stats, and reward progress accurately within the Interface.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, cross-platform tracking, or any commercial purpose beyond the direct operation of the SeekerRewards platform. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party analytics tools that track your behaviour across the web. We do not use cookies for marketing, retargeting, or behavioural profiling of any kind.

The Interface may use browser local storage solely for functional purposes, such as remembering your wallet connection state or UI preferences across sessions. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-party wallet extensions you use to connect to the Interface (such as Solflare, Phantom, or Mobile Wallet Adapter) may set their own cookies or local storage entries. Their data practices are governed by their own respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

The Interface interacts with the following third-party services in order to function. These providers process only the minimum data required for their specific function:

• Solana RPC Providers (Helius): We use Helius as our primary RPC provider to query the Solana blockchain. Your wallet address is transmitted to Helius when querying balances, token accounts, and transaction history. Helius's data practices are governed by their privacy policy at helius.dev.
• AllDomains Protocol: The .skr domain resolution feature uses the AllDomains TLD parser to look up on-chain domain records. Domain lookups are performed client-side using your public wallet address against publicly available on-chain data.
• Solscan / Solana Explorers: The Interface may link to Solscan or other block explorers to display transaction details. Clicking these links takes you to third-party platforms governed by their own privacy policies.
• Digital Wallet Providers: Your interaction with Solflare, Phantom, Mobile Wallet Adapter, or any other wallet extension is governed entirely by that provider's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your private key at any time or under any circumstances.
• Hosting and Infrastructure: The Interface is hosted on Railway. Server logs, deployment logs, and infrastructure data are processed by Railway in accordance with their privacy policy. We configure our deployment to minimise unnecessary data retention.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures to protect the information we process:

• Cryptographic Verification: All claim and withdrawal requests require cryptographic identity verification via a signed message from your Digital Wallet. This ensures only the wallet owner can trigger payouts.
• Rate Limiting: All sensitive API endpoints are rate-limited to prevent brute-force attacks, spam, and denial-of-service attempts.
• Blacklisting: Wallets and IP addresses identified as engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious behaviour are permanently blacklisted and logged in our security audit records.
• Server-Side Enforcement: All reward multipliers, thresholds, and access controls are enforced server-side. Client-side values are for display purposes only and cannot be manipulated to alter reward outcomes.
• Database Security: Our PostgreSQL database is hosted in a private cloud environment. Connection strings and private keys are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never exposed in client-side code.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored in our systems. You use the Interface at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

Public blockchain data, including your wallet address, transaction signatures, and on-chain token balances, is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and is beyond our control to modify or delete.

Off-chain data stored in our database — including staking records, referral profiles, and security logs — is retained for as long as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our legal and operational obligations. Staking records are retained for a minimum of three years for audit and dispute resolution purposes. Security audit logs are retained for a minimum of one year.

If you wish to request deletion of any off-chain data associated with your wallet address, you may contact us via our official community channels. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or operational requirements that necessitate retention.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to the data we process. These may include:

• Access: The right to request a summary of the off-chain data we hold associated with your wallet address.
• Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate off-chain data, where technically and operationally feasible.
• Deletion: The right to request deletion of your off-chain data, subject to our legal and operational retention requirements.
• Objection: The right to object to certain types of data processing, where applicable under relevant law.

Please note that we cannot delete or modify on-chain blockchain data. Exercising any of the above rights with respect to on-chain data is not possible as this data is maintained by the decentralised Solana network, not by us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Interface is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly process data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used the Interface, we will take reasonable steps to restrict their access and remove any associated data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your continued use of the Interface after any update to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
